Ms. Frugal Deals

  Hey guys,   Distractions come in your life and deter you from the things you love.  Here I am back at doing what I love. Saving and writing.  Over the course of the past 6 years so many things have changed with me personally however the frugal in me stays the same. I don't think that will ever change!       So inflation is showing us all who is boss. With an open market companies can charge whatever for a product they are selling. However I feel like the gas and food prices are price gauging. With that being said. I look forward to utilizing the skills I learned the first recession I went through as an adult to get me through whatever this is.   👊    Back to business.

I love DSW. If ever there was a store that I would say, "get me a gift card to" it would be this store. I got the bought the Jack Purcell Converse for $25.40. With 30% off and 15$ certificates.  Sweet buy. They are in navy/white.  

I love getting stuff in the mail! It's like I am relieving my birthday when I do this. So I was on Instagram one say exploring and saw this post about Sinful nail polish. I love nail polish. So I click the link and it takes me to Influenster.com Immediately I am in love with the site. Reviews? Yes I am a product junkie. So I got my first package unexpectedly yesterday.  I was so happy! Now I don't have to buy mouthwash lol You should become an Influenster as well! It's free 

So I have been bad at entering contest randomly and not reaping the benefits. I received an email on June 24th saying I was the winner of the Chevron iheart my car sweepstakes."  I do heart my Christopher. I got my white Pontiac vibe in 2008. Prior to him I had David a red 1993 Chevy Caprice Classic. I loved that car and traveled across the US in him. I miss him. I love the freedom transportation brings. Radio contests are real!  It was a blessing because it came when I needed it the most.  

Each time I use the Wrapp App  I fall more and more in love. This past month they had a deal where if you sent three of your friends gift cards for $5 and you would receive $10. I had already had a $10 card from them and this just made it even better! I got freebies. I have become a die hard VS fan. Cute Usually I wouldn't show my undies but.. hey I don't have them on lol.. I'm a winner!   Ok so I'm like soooooooooooo behind in posting. I won two fabulous items during my birthday month - March.  I usually celebrate all month! Big 34 this year.  The first was the Beats by Dre #pillfix speaker and the second was the Ipad Mini from the Hiscox Company  for my business. I had been wanting the Ipad Mini so bad. Luckily I won ipad mini and will be able to be productive in my business. 

Let me first say I have been wanting a Keurig since they came out. I don't drink a lot of coffee but I do love tea and hot chocolate. I was so fascinated by a demonstration that I was given at a Macy's during Christmas. Anywho I went on Craigslist to find one since I am frugal and don't like paying full price for anything. I saw an ad for a brand new Keurig for $50. Only paying 33% with no taxes seemed like a great win a savings of 67%. I met the lady and for some reason I should have known something was wrong. As soon as I opened the item upon getting it home it looked brand new. I should have known better when trying to plug it in I saw the cord was severely scorched to the core and the item didn't work. I am bzzing Covergirl Blastflipstick. #igotitfree I was so excited to get the Covergirl flipsticks. I tried them all on as shown in the pictures attached. Out of the six colors I only liked one. I didn't think they really went with my skin color. Maybe it's my dark skinned insecurity of wearing colours that don't match or blend in with my skin colour. Muah xoxo

I had such a fun day strolling The Domain here in Austin. My future place of residence right above Tiffany's & Co. Well I downloaded the Wrapp application from the. www.wrapp.com to my phone. It's such a handy way to send gift cards to friends. I received a $6 gift card from a friend and decided to use it this week after the H & M grand opening. Well then another friend sent me one because they knew I was back in Austin. The place was a mad house on the first day Saturday, November 17. There was no way I was going to get anyone to standout all night with me. So I waited with my gift cards until the dust settled. I can't fit anything in the store except these fab earrings. The highest dress/pants size they have for women  is 14. I am an 18 now soon to be 16. Yeehaw thanks for my two pair of earrings H & M for only $2.11 that's very frugal of you. What annoyed me was the cashiers not knowing about this giveaway online via Wrapp. Who does that? How can...

My drink of choice.. Pink Panty Droppers... great for a girls night. (this is for the TITo's contest I'm trying to win) Pink Panty Dropper   1/2 a Coronoa Light 1.5 ounces of  Titos vodka a spoonful or two of frozen pink lemonade stir well and serve over ice  Every drink served in a mason jar tastes better. :-)

This starter kit for Glade smells so yummy. It's like strawberries and cinnamon. I like the decorative oil kit it's long lasting fragrance has me captivated. I have $2 coupons which I will be using. The other fragrances include apple, cotton,and lavender.

This is a late post: What a week I had at SXSW! Best Birthday of my 33 years.  I decided not just to celebrate a week or month but the whole year! Clearly I am celebrating by myself for the most part. I won the TV below. by creating an account on Freelancer.com.. Matt Barrie flipped the coin between myself and another guy and I WON I WON I WON.. I practically yelled outloud. This is one of many wins this year. So this size 10 diva just got the Dr.Scholls for "her" shoe soles and coupons in the mail from the campaign. I'm a shoe addict who wears heels on the regular. Often times the cutest heel is the worst on your feet. I fell in love with "chunky heel," because of my height and weight. The opportunity to try something that would bring comfort and relief to my feet is a blessing! I will be going out this weekend for Memorial Day so cute heels will be worn. My grandmother says that when you give a gift it's all about the presentation to wow someone. Well I was wowed and full of excitement when I looked in the mail. To my surprise there was my Gucci perfume in the most BEAUTIFUL white box with black flowers! I opened the lid and what was there my fabulous smelling perfume. There are a total of three perfumes they are in order of how I like them. 1.Gorgeous Gardenia - intoxicating clean and sexy. Definitely will be used for a date night. A spring of love is what it makes me think of. 2. Gracious Tuberose - sweet fruity and flirty. 3. Glamorous Magnolia - soft and subtle needs to grow on me. I will be ready to wear and try this out. I'm about to see if it goes with my body chemistry.

To know me is to love me especially if you love shoes! I love DSW and after 7 months of my friend and I trying to win shoesday we both finally won. You have no idea how happy this makes my heart. A free $50 for shoes wooo hoooo I am so excited but I am excited about everything lol. The Kelsi Dagger Felicia is the shoe in blue that my heart desires.

I got my free K-cups from Tully's now I just need to win a Keurig. So excited for all these freebies.
