GIVE US FREE! Happy Black History Month

This month I was my own valentine... because Bath & Body Works gave away 5oz bottles of their lotion/body wash for V-Day. VICTORY DAY. NO hosh posh wishing you were with someone. I conquered that demon of loneliness along time ago. I did the me thing and took myself window shopping. I didn't come out empty handed because I had my free coupon to BBW.

So with my free coupon to Bath & Body Works I got 7 different fragrances of lotion.

I am a hypocrite because I ended up doing the very thing that I can't stand in some couponers. I abused the system. I went to seven different stores in the Austin Area to collect my lot. :-( I know.. ghetto fabulous but I LOVE to smell good, plus they had no serial codes on the free coupon. So this BBW received several beautiful new fragrances of Bath and Body Works lotion.

Keurig KCup Craigslist Catastrophe turns into love

Let me first say I have been wanting a Keurig since they came out. I don't drink a lot of coffee but I do love tea and hot chocolate. I was so fascinated by a demonstration that I was given at a Macy's during Christmas. Anywho I went on Craigslist to find one since I am frugal and don't like paying full price for anything. It retails at $149 at Walmart http://www.walmart.com/ip/Keurig-B60-Special-Edition-Brewer-and-Choice-of-K-Cups-Beverage-Bundle/20693072. Let me tell you I had my first bad experience on Craigslist. I saw an ad for a brand new Keurig for $50. Only paying 33% with no taxes seemed like a great win a savings of 67%. I met the lady and for some reason I should have known something was wrong. As soon as I opened the item upon getting it home it looked brand new. I should have known better when trying to plug it in I saw the cord was severely scorched to the core and the item didn't work.
