Iheart my car and iheart my radio

So I have been bad at entering contest randomly and not reaping the benefits. I received an email on June 24th saying I was the winner of the Chevron iheart my car sweepstakes." 

I do heart my Christopher. I got my white Pontiac vibe in 2008. Prior to him I had David a red 1993 Chevy Caprice Classic. I loved that car and traveled across the US in him. I miss him. I love the freedom transportation brings.

Radio contests are real! 

It was a blessing because it came when I needed it the most.

Keurig KCup Craigslist Catastrophe turns into love

Let me first say I have been wanting a Keurig since they came out. I don't drink a lot of coffee but I do love tea and hot chocolate. I was so fascinated by a demonstration that I was given at a Macy's during Christmas. Anywho I went on Craigslist to find one since I am frugal and don't like paying full price for anything. It retails at $149 at Walmart http://www.walmart.com/ip/Keurig-B60-Special-Edition-Brewer-and-Choice-of-K-Cups-Beverage-Bundle/20693072. Let me tell you I had my first bad experience on Craigslist. I saw an ad for a brand new Keurig for $50. Only paying 33% with no taxes seemed like a great win a savings of 67%. I met the lady and for some reason I should have known something was wrong. As soon as I opened the item upon getting it home it looked brand new. I should have known better when trying to plug it in I saw the cord was severely scorched to the core and the item didn't work.
